HRS_0302A-1002 Bullying, cyberbullying, and harassment; compliance reports to board.Hawaii passed new legislation in 2011 with the enactment of Hawaii H.B. No. 688. The provisions do not currently appear in the Hawaii Revised Statutes. Additionally, see Hawaii State Board of Education Administrative Rule §8-19
